At wodibow we know how exciting it is to receive a package because, even if you know what’s inside, opening it is always a surprise. That’s why when you buy a product on our page, we prepare the shipment quickly within a period of 24-48 hours. We want you to enjoy it the sooner the better. Keep in mind that if you place an order on a weekend or holiday, we will undoubtedly be playing with our wodibows and won’t be able to prepare the shipmet for you until the following working day. You understand, right?

And, if for any reason you wish to return a wodibow product, don’t worry: you can do it during a ten-day period after you receive it. All you have to do is get in touch with us by phone at +34 675 42 41 22 or by writing to info@wodibow.com to ask for your refund. Remember that you need to send us the product in its original box.
